→ Access an empty dispenser by scanning the QR code, selecting it in the list of dispensers or performing a search.

To select the product, you can either search for the product in the Packtic database, search it in your shop catalogue (find out more about the shop catalogue) or scan the GTIN barcode (EAN 13) on the bag.

Search for your product in our database

  • Enter the full name of the product, followed by the brand name (= manufacturer).
  • Select the right product from the list that appears automatically.

Make sure it is the right product name (in bold) and the right manufacturer (in grey).

If the product you are looking for is not displayed, go to the bottom of the list:

  • Click on I don't find my product
  • Enter the name of the brand (manufacturer) and select it.
  • Enter the product name and select it.

Once you have selected the right product, you can record the traceability.

Search for the product in your shop catalogue

If you have activated the shop catalogue, the search is limited to the products in your catalogue.

  • Enter the name of the product and/or brand
  • Selecting the appropriate product from the list that appears automatically.

If the product you are looking for is not yet in your catalogue, go to the bottom of the list and click on Add a product to the catalogue.

Scan the barcode on the bag

If a GTIN (EAN 13) barcode is present on the bag, open the scanner (icon barcode_scanner), and scan the barcode.
