Do you need to transfer the content of a dispenser (the product currently present and the corresponding traceability information) to an empty dispenser, for example to carry out a complete cleaning of the current dispenser?

To do this, access the dispenser in which the product is currently stored, open the menu, click Transfer the content of the dispenser.

The camera will open.

Scan the QR code of the target dispenser (which must be empty) to which you want to transfer the content of the current dispenser.

A confirmation page indicates the dispenser to which the content will be transferred. Clic Validate.

The initial dispenser is then considered empty, and its content is transferred to the target dispenser.

The page for the dispenser to which the product has been transferred is then displayed.
