Declare a dispenser empty
You can declare that there is no more product in the dispenser.
This operation allows you to:
- no longer have visual alerts for best-before/use-by dates or secondary shelf life on the home page
- keep the product associated with the dispenser for future refills (and avoid having to search for the product in your store catalogue or the Packtic catalogue)
→ Access the dispenser by scanning the QR code, selecting it in the list of dispensers or performing a search, and open the menu.
→ Click on Declare empty
Declaring a dispenser as empty does not record any movement in the traceability logbook (since no refill has been carried out).
The dispenser is then considered to be empty, and the batches previously contained in the dispenser will no longer be available when the next refill is recorded.
You will need to enter the batch information and the best-before/use-by date.
