• Access the dispenser by scanning the qr code, selecting it in the list of dispensers or performing a search, and open the menu.

  • Click on Clean the dispenser.

  • Check the cleaning date.

    The default date is the current date.

    If this is correct, you do not need to do anything.

    If not, you can save an earlier date by clicking on the calendar.

  • Select the cleaning protocol used:

    • Manual dry, Manual water or Machine wash

    • With or without disinfectant

  • If necessary, you can report an incident by selecting the reason from the drop-down list and adding a comment.

    E.g.: moths on lid

    It is a good idea to keep this information for management purposes (you will find it in the cleaning logbook).

  • In the event of an incident, you can optionally declare scrap by indicating the approximate quantity thrown away and selecting a unit (Kg, L or pieces) from the drop-down list.

    You will find information on declared scraps in the statistics.

  • Validate The cleaning is saved!
