There are two possible ways of accessing it at any time (regular extraction or in the event of an inspection):

→ From the general traceability logbook:

  • On the start page, click on the import_contacts icon
  • On the home page, access the menu via the more_vert icon, then select History of dispensers.
  • Choose the start date (optional)
  • Choose the end date (optional)
  • Choose how you want to receive the book: download, or send as an email attachment (the email used to create your account will be used)

The dispenser filling history is presented in the form of a spreadsheet file.

→ From the dispenser sheet:

For each dispenser, you can also access the filling history for that particular dispenser.

Access the dispenser, choose Details and activities in the dispenser menu, then on the arrow at Last filling.
