Statistics
You can access the management statistics for your bulk department by clicking on the Statistics icon in the bottom bar.
By default, the tables show statistics for the past week. You can change the period by clicking on the date bar at the top of the page.
This summary view shows the statistics for the period and the curves represent the number of items for the following categories:
- cleaning
- refills
- incidents
- scrapping
Please note that statistics do not display global maintenance operations, but only individual cleaning of the dispensers.
You can find global maintenance operations in the cleaning logbook.
By clicking on each of the boxes containing the number of items in each category, you can access a detailed view.
From this view, you can :
- view the number of elements in a table below the graph
- for incidents and scrap, switch to a view by reason
- for refills, incidents and scrap, switch to a view by product
- download statistics in csv format (spreadsheet)
- switch from one category to another
