Creation of a new brand or product
We reference new products for you in order to eliminate duplicates that can disrupt your product selection and to save you time.
If, during your search by brand and product name (see here), and after verification with a different name or spelling, a product is not yet in the database:

Click on
Create a product. -
Similarly, if you cannot find a brand: click on
Create a brand. -
Complete the
Request to create a product form: indicate the name of the brand and the name of the product and attach the product sheet (in pdf, word, image) if you have it, or else a photo of the product label containing as much product information as possible.
If necessary, you can add a second attachment.
The EAN code (GTIN) is precious.
It will make it easy to find the product when filling an empty dispenser by simply scanning the barcode.
Don’t forget to include it in the photos you send us!
