Maintenance and cleaning settings

You can set the frequency of overall maintenance and the frequency of regular dispenser cleaning.

  • Go to the Expert page

Frequency of global maintenance

  • Click on the Global maintenance box
  • Click on the settings icon in the top right-hand corner.
  • Define the start date
  • Choose a frequency from the drop-down menu
  • Validate The global maintenance frequency is set!

Frequency of dispenser cleaning

  • Click on the Dispenser cleaning box
  • Click on the settings icon in the top right-hand corner.
  • Set the start date
  • Select a frequency from the drop-down menu
  • Validate. The dispenser cleaning frequency is set!

Dispenser cleaning planning by product type

Once dispenser cleaning has been set up, you can customise the dispenser cleaning frequency by product type.

Click on a relevant product type in the list, and set the desired custom cleaning frequency for that product type.

The customised frequency for a product type will overwrite the default cleaning frequency.

Upcoming maintenance and cleaning, overdue items

Once the global maintenance and cleaning frequencies have been defined, the Expert page :

  • Shows the date of the next global maintenance or cleaning

  • Shows any delays

Click on the global maintenance box for more details on the last maintenance, the next scheduled maintenance and any delays.

Click on the dispenser cleaning box for details of the next scheduled cleaning and any delays, dispenser by dispenser.

If an global maintenance is due or overdue, the more_vert menu button on the home page will display an alert.

For a dispenser whose cleaning is overdue, or for which the cleaning date is approaching, the dispenser sheet includes information.
