There are two ways of accessing it at any time (regular retrieval or in the event of an inspection):

  • From the dispenser sheet file:

    • Access the dispenser, choose Details and activities in the dispenser menu, and click on the line Last cleaning.

  • From the general traceability logbook:

    • On the home page, access the menu clicking on the more_vert icon top right, select History of dispensers.

    • Select Cleaning from the drop-down menu.

    • Enter the desired traceability period using the calendar.

    • Choose how you want to access the logbook (Excel format): download or as an email attachment.

The data history is saved and can be accessed over 24 months.
