You can declare product scraps, either at the time of a cleaning (see “Recording cleaning operations”), or independently of a cleaning (for example when you notice a quantity of product abandoned on the shelf).

  • Access the dispenser by scanning the qr code, selecting it in the list of dispensers or performing a search.

  • Choose Declare scrapping in the dispenser menu.

  • Then, check the incident date.

    The default setting is the current date.

    If this is correct, you don’t need to do anything.

    If not, you can record an earlier date by clicking on the calendar.

  • Indicate the reason for the scrap by selecting the reason from the drop-down list and add an optional comment.

    Ex: soft biscuits

  • Indicate the approximate quantity discarded and select a unit (Kg, L or pieces) from the drop-down list.

  • Validate The breakage is recorded!
