→ Access the dispenser by scanning its qr code, selecting it in the list of dispensers or performing a search.

→ Click on Change product

If a product is changed in a dispenser, it is strongly recommended that the dispenser is cleaned. You can record a cleaning immediately or afterwards.

→ Click on Continue.

The dispenser is considered “empty”.

→ Search and select the product to record traceability
