You can remove a product from a dispenser, for example if it is no longer in use, or if you have made a mistake when entering traceability data.

The dispenser will appear empty (without any product) on your home page.

The information is still kept in the traceability logbook.

→ Access the dispenser by scanning the QR code, selecting it in the list of dispensers or performing a search, and open the menu.

→ Click on Remove product
