A shop whose bulk department is managed by a distribution network has access to the dispensers declared by the distribution network’s merchandisers.

However, the merchandisers will not see the dispensers declared directly by the shop, for example for part of the shop’s bulk department which is not managed by the distribution network.

It is therefore important that the distribution network’s merchandisers (and not the shop) declare the dispensers for which they are responsible on behalf of the distribution network.
