Click on Digital packagings in the left-hand menu bar to access product sheet management.
Creating a product
- Click on the
Add a digital packagingbutton - Fill in the required fields
Mandatory information
- Product name (commercial name)
- Category (to be selected) - you can enter a keyword to find it
- List of ingredients
- List of allergens - if present
- List of any traces of allergens - if applicable
- Origin of ingredients - if organically grown
- Official labels - if applicable
- If the Eurofeuille label is present: code OC production (ex : FR-BIO-01) + origin of ingredients if organic (EU, Non EU, NU / Non EU or Country)
If this information is not complete, you will not be able to validate the product creation.
Strongly recommended information
- EAN/GTIN + associated packaging (in Kg/L/Pc)
- Product secondary shelf life for shop and consumer (if entered, these durations will be automatically applied to the product BBD/UBD recorded by the shop when the product is put on the shelf, for better management of the quality and shelf life of your products).
- Product photo: the photo must be in jpg or png format with a 3:2 aspect ratio
- Nutritional values
- Instructions, conditions of use
- Precautions (in particular for cleaning products)
- Preservation instructions
- Name and address of company responsible for marketing and/or manufacturing
- Packer name or code
We recommend that you fill in all fields as accurately as possible. This information is highly valued by your customers, and will enhance your brand image.
Additional information
- Up to 5 recipes associated with the product
- A description of the product (benefits, production, manufacturing, advice, tips…)
- The Origin’Info logo
- The product Nutri-Score
Origin’Info aims at informing consumers about the country or countries of origin of the agricultural products used in processed food products.
If you choose to display the Origin’Info logo on the consumer product sheet, you must fill in the Origin of ingredients section (for example : Wheat: UK, sugar: Brasil) .
TIP: by clicking on the visibility icon in the top right-hand corner, you can visualize what the consumer will see when they scan your product on the shelf or at home with the Wali application.
Don’t forget to click on Validate to save the data you have entered.
